Returns & Refunds Policy
All items are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, change of mind, or incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. Once verified, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us if tracking has not updated for 10–14 days and we will assist in resolving the issue.
Refunds are only issued if a replacement cannot be provided.
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase. After this time, production may have already begun and cancellation may not be possible.
